Security Measures
Our Vaults are kept inside a locked warehouse, behind a secure gate, with onsite security and alarm. Last but not least, accessing a vault requires a forklift, making your belongings extremely secure!

Each vault can fit 1–1.5 rooms of a typical home or about 80 medium boxes when packed efficiently.

- Monthly Driveway Drop-Offs/Deliveries – Included in the price of storage is a once a month delivery of specific item(s) or vault driveway drop off. Both include 15 min of labor with two movers.
- On-Site Access – Visit our facility for in-person access Mon-Fri 7am-6pm, just give us 24hr notice to retrieve your vault(s)

Weatherproof covers are included with all driveway drop-offs to keep belongings dry.
Storage For Oversized Items
The occasional items that are too large for a vault will be padded and wrapped, then stored on racks and are priced individually.

While our warehouse is not climate-controlled, vaults offer superior protection against temperature extremes compared to traditional self-storage.

Our newest venture that we are extremely excited about is our storage. We have dubbed our storage process “Reinventing Storage” to bring special attention to key differences than that of a traditional moving company, and of traditional self storage, that in our humble opinion make it the best value, with the highest quality service and convenience.
What are vaults?
Vaults are 5’x7’x7.75’ wooden crates that can be handled by forklift.
Are they like PODS? Or UHAUL Uboxes?
Our vaults are like PODS and UBoxes in the sense that they are big boxes for your furniture that can be dropped anywhere, but we are significantly cheaper and more accessible than both, we also include moving pads free of charge. We do not offer out of state delivery on a Flatbed like PODS or UHaul.
Why are vaults made of wood?
Wood is naturally porous, which makes for better ventilation, keeping your belongings better guarded from extreme temperatures and mold. They are also stored inside a warehouse to protect them from rain and other non-ideal weather conditions.
Where are they kept?
Our warehouse space at 2000 West Turner Road in Lodi, CA where General Mills used to be.
Are they secure?
The vaults are kept in a locked warehouse, with onsite security, behind a locked gate. Not to mention a forklift is needed to even access them, making your belongings extremely safe and secure.
How much furniture can they hold?
At first glance, a typical client might think they cannot hold much furniture. However, when the space is properly utilized each vault can store 1-1.5 rooms of a typical home, or about 80 medium boxes
Why are they so small?
The vaults being smaller actually serves to your advantage! This is for two main reasons. 1. Accessing specific items becomes much less work, only having to unload one 5×7 vault, v.s. having to unload and reload a 10×30 unit to access something buried in the back. 2, You only pay for what you need, compared to self storage where a little bit of spill over results in needing a whole other unit that is mostly unoccupied.
How are your belongings organized?
As we load your belongings into a vault, we take inventory of what is loaded, and its current condition. After you review and sign we, email you a copy of each vault inventory, so finding a specific item is as easy as can be.
Are my things protected in storage?
Vaults offer more protection to your belongings than a self storage. If left uncovered in a self storage locker, after a few months your things will be covered in dust and possibly rat droppings. Our Vaults completely seal out Dust and Rodents.
How do I access my things?
Included in the price of your storage, is up to once every month free drop off on your driveway, this applies to individual items, or the entire vault. You can also access your things in the yard outside our warehouse space. For driveway drop offs we require 72 hour notices, for on site access we require 24 hour notice.
If dropped off on my driveway during the rain, will my things stay dry?
Yes we include weatherproof covers when dropping off vaults.
What if one or more pieces of my furniture are too big for a vault?
Furniture too large to fit in a vault will be made a custom box, and will then stored in our rack storage. Each piece will be priced on an individual basis.
Are the units climate controlled?
No our warehouse space is not climate controlled. However, being in a vault does offer more protection against extreme temperatures than an ordinary self storage unit.
Our Storage process
Packing/Supplies
As with moving, we offer discounted packing rates and higher quality supplies for less than retail! All moving pads are included at no extra charge, as are tape, and stretch wrap. We also come equipped with furniture covers, mattress bags, boxes, and any other necessary packing supplies, for less than what big box stores/amazon charge.
Loading
In most cases we will elect to load the vaults,(explained at bottom page) right on your driveway. Every item is examined for condition and then wrapped and padded. We then load your things and take inventory of what goes into each vault, making locating specific items a seamless process. The vaults are then tagged with your information and then transported back to our warehouse space. Following these steps maximizes efficiency, protection, and organization of everything you decide to store with us.
Accessing Driveway Drop-Offs
For local clients (Lodi and select surrounding areas) Included with your vault rental is a once a month driveway delivery. If you want access to the entire vault, we will drop it on your driveway for you. If you want a few specific items, we will deliver them to your driveway free of charge. These services have no charge up to once a month per vault. Any additional driveway drop offs will be charged the same as our regular delivery rates. If you want items brought into your homes and set in place, our usual delivery rates apply. We guarantee drop offs any Monday- Friday during regular business hours if given 72 hour notice. Anything less than 72 hour notice, and Saturday drop offs, are also available, but are not guaranteed at this time.
On Site Access
Accessing your things in the yard outside our warehouse space is also available Mon-Fri. Just give us 24hr notice and we can have your vault outside ready for you to access. One on site access, per vault per month, is included in the price of rental. Each subsequent access will be charge $20 to cover warehouse labor costs.
Unloading
If you choose to unload your vaults yourself that is entirely up to you and final drop off is free of charge, but If you want us to unload we are happy to do so! If you do choose us to unpack your vault we will properly donate, recycle, or dump any unwanted items stored free of charge.
